Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase.
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if there is a problem with one of our wigs, you may return it under the explained conditions. Please read carefully.
Haircare products can not be returned; they are all final sales.
Due to the nature of our products and sanitation reasons, we only allow a short window for returns. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions and ask all questions before you purchase. We are here to help.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged product or wig, or a product or wig, you did not order. We will gladly make you whole by replacing the product or wig.
Scheli Orilay Beauty Products- Damaged items must be acknowledged within three business days of receipt. All returned items must be in the original packaging and unused. Without excessive product missing. Unless the product is broken and spilled, email info@hairworksintl.biz with the word damaged and your order number in the subject line. Our staff will return your email in 48 hours. Further instructions will be provided in the return email.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Scheli Orilay Beauty Wig Collections- you may request a Return/exchange within Three days of receipt of the wig; receipt begins the moment we receive confirmation the wig has been delivered. Please note for the wigs, only store credit or exchange can be done. If the item you request is of lesser value, the remainder of the monies owed will go towards a credit for future purchases. If the exchange is of higher value, the balance must be collected before the item can be shipped. Please review the details below. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:
To return or exchange an item, please email us @ info@hairworksintl.biz ; please put “return/exchange” and “the order number” in the subject line to begin the return/exchange process. If you do not put “return or exchange” and “the order number” in the subject line, it will slow down the refund process. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
For Scheli Orilay Beauty Wig Collection- If you receive your lace wig and there is a problem, please call or email us within 24 hours of receiving your wig. DO NOT ALTER the wig in any way. The wig must be returned in its brand-new condition within seven days. The following terms and conditions described below apply. A 15% restocking fee will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS… Due to Sanitary reasons, we will not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled, cut of lace or hair, products applied such as glue or any type of hair products etc. THE WIG CANNOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY OR HAVE ANY ODOR…
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE-
The wig must be in the condition it was sent to you. All packaging, including wig caps, wig bag, wig label, or tag, etc. must be returned with the unit. If the wig has been altered in any way, we cannot accept an exchange. No EXCEPTIONS..
This includes, but is not limited to all of the following:
- DO NOT Attempt to correct the problem yourself before contacting us.
- DO NOT Put any chemicals on the Wig.
- DO NOT Perm the Wig.
- DO NOT Color the Wig.
- DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION THE Wig.
- DO NOT WEAR THE Wig.
- DO NOT Cut, Tear, or Rip the Lace.
- DO NOT Put Glue on the Wig.
- DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of The Wig.
- DO NOT Put products on the Unit Wigs.
- KEEP THE WIG AWAY FROM SMOKE.
WIGS that the customer damages will not be accepted under our Return/Exchange Policy and will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our Return/ Exchange Policy are not met.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS- No wig will be accepted without authorization from Scheli Orilay BEAUTY, returns or exchanges must be made within seven days from the date of receipt. YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO NOTIFY US AND 7 DAYS TO SEND THE WIG/UNIT BACK. More information will be provided in the refund/exchange email.
Scheli Orlay Beauty requires that any wig being returned MUST BE UNALTERED. THE WIG MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING to us within three days of approval from the US to return the hairpiece. More information will be given in the Refund/Exchanges email.
If you cut or change the lace, cut the hair, apply color, style, comb, wash, or alter any part of the WIG OR HAIR PIECE, we cannot honor our Return and Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if our return policy and conditions are unmet. All wigs returned are photographed or videotaped upon receipt to confirm the contents and the condition of the returned items. We suggest you do the same for your records.
We strongly recommend that customers insure their package for the full purchase price, as we will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to package the wig properly. If the returned wig is not in compliance with our Return and Exchange Policy, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Unauthorized Returns-
DO NOT SEND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS; merchandise sent to us without our approval will not be accepted. We assume no responsibility for unauthorized returns or items sent to the incorrect address.
Restocking Fee-
There is a 15% Restocking Fee for all units returned or exchanged unless you received the wrong wig. Otherwise, we CANNOT waive the 15% Restocking fee under any circumstance. No refunds will be issued. Exchange or Store Credit only. The shipping fee is not refundable.
Return Shipping Fee-
Any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations- Stock lace wigs are ordered within 24 hours of confirmation and payment. Once your wig is ordered, we may or may not be able to cancel or change the order. If you want to cancel your order or make changes to your order, you must notify us IMMEDIATELY, by email or phone. Orders cannot be canceled once it has shipped. Canceled orders will incur a 5% payment processing fee, and the balance will be returned to you. If we cannot cancel the order, the unit is en route to you. Follow all Return and Exchange policies on returning a stock lace wig.
General Terms and conditions-
The Policies described in the Terms and Conditions govern the entire site and work in conjunction with those described in the Stock Lace Wigs Return Policy and Exchange Policy.
Scheli Orilay Beauty may revise these conditions of use at any time by updating this Condition of Use Statement. We advise you to visit arilaybeauty.com periodically to review the current conditions because these conditions are binding.
