Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order. Cut of time is 3 pm PST.  Some orders may need more time to ship if this is the case, we will ensure this is fully explained to the customer before or shortly after the purchase is made.  Please read the information in the product description.  We ship using USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 7 business days in the United States and 12 to 21 days out of the country.  However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be delayed beyond our control, and many shipping companies still work under Covid conditions.  This can cause customs or postal delays.
